yesterday went to meet up with my classmates to celebrate von's bday at breeks, marina sq.. and traditionally.. pple use cake to celebrate.. be it circle cake or square cake.. its no creativity.. and our dearest jeremy thought of a better idea to celebrate and make it memorable.. and on the other hand.. to attract a lil attention..
and we got her "shou tao".. and this symbolise good things.. like living long.. good prosperity etc.. and its really big and first time i see this "cake" in my real life..
and see.. she so 'happy' to see the surprise.. hahaa.. but more of shy man!
and to my surprise.. the big "shou tao" is just the skin.. inside got small small shou tao.. like damn cool la! hahaa.. and having this cake save trouble man.. no need cut one piece one piece.. its just grab and munch.. and the green leaves can take out too.. and i swear i didnt play with food..
i merely try if the cover can fit my head..
and yes it does.. and i was the 'shou tao' boy.. and i will live long and healthy.. hahaha..
and the veggie wun forget its trademark.. the leaf! hahahha..
despite playing ard the shoutao.. and disturbing breeks staff asking them not to laugh.. and ask them to wear.. hahaha.. i was serious too..

and now.. 4 more days til no more work.. and to relax and catch up and to prepare for NS!
as usual.. had been busy lately.. working.. catching up with people.. and movies! and the two recent movies watched was dark knight and hellboy.. which was two very nice action-packed movies.. and i felt that the batman movie and hancock was something similar.. talking about justice.. and people disliking the hero's presence.. and when they miss him and he came back.. everybody claps and cheer for him and he save the day etc..
so now.. left with Red Cliff and i am done with my movie list..
next thursday will be my last day of work.. and mixed feelings to leave such a fun marina.. where everybody from top to bottom is your friends.. and this is the problem when you get along with people easily and in a short period of time.. the bond is built and very often.. have to be break.. but nevermind.. will just cherish the times i am still working.. haha..
i love this toliet located at centrepoint.. its so GREENIE VEGGIE and WOONIE.. hahaha.. like back to the nature doing ur business.. and reminds me of the new fc2 in SP too.. hahaha..
and recently.. had been youtub-ing.. looking for cao ge's singapore concert's clip and indeed.. very good as expected and hope i was there to feel his music..
interesting evening at MKB today.. with the appearance of Mr Monkey! hahaha.. and my sugarmummy was saying it looks like me because of the hair and ask me to catch it down.. -.-
the pest control was called to catch the monkey down and they begin running to and fro trying to hit the monkey down.. but it kept swinging from tree to tree.. and i was sick of watching them doing the same thing.. so i went back to crew room..

and after a short while.. i came out to see the progress and the monkey was caught already.. and from what i heard.. they hit it down.. and spray something on it to make it drowsy and put it inside the bag.. and there were a small stain of blood on the floor.. poor monkey..
and heard tt this is not the only case of monkey here.. other case was the monkey ran all over the marina and even went swimming at the pontoon area.. and took them like 2 hrs plus to catch.. when the monkey finally gave up..
and today.. bought a zara jacket after work.. wheeeeee..

And tt day at vivo when i climbed up the main mast all the way to the top.. the view from there.. ((;'

and during the last day.. when pallada leaves for shanghai and the cadets climb up the mast like ants.. and it was very nice scene to see..
and the memories on board pallada starts bubbling out.. and of course.. believeeeeeeeee me.. as long as i'm breathing......
after returning back to work on Monday.. it has been very busy for 3 days straight because of events happening at night.. so have to be on duty and standing by..
Monday and Tuesday.. White Rabbit (Echo) was having events.. and having guests on board.. so we have to stand by til quite late for buggy service for their pple.. but their crew were nice enuff to offer us drinks and snacks.. and even invited us on board the first night for food.. and it was really beautiful.. that yacht that when everybody sees.. they will go "WAAA!"

and during the 2nd night.. their order for drinks came.. 300plus cartons of drinks that they take in.. and we were like going crazy helping them to deliver.. and this was like more than what kopitiam has also la.. what to do.. rich people..
and tt night when i board.. i saw the first storey of the meeting room or so called living room and jaws were open big.. and the whole yacht is even bigger than my house man.. living on board can be a very shiok thing..
then last night.. there was this jap investment company having some party/dinner at the marina.. and they chartered harbourqueen to ferry their guests to go crusing for 3 trips so as usual.. we have to do crowd control at the marina and help harbour queen.. and there goes another night work..

and nice enuff.. harbourqueen offered us smth good in return.. beers! initially i thought was one jug.. but it came out to be 3 in total and it was indeed a good reward after a day of work.. lol! but it was super tiring working til late for the past 3 nights.. thats why didnt have time to send pics and do updates..
lucky today wasnt tt busy.. and the rabbits gave us two cartons of coke.. and after work.. went to catch "wanted" with xy and zl.. and was a nice cool movie with lots of actions.. and nice storyline.. more movies to be caught!
After visiting my grandpa in TTS.. went to novena sq to attend HairForHope08 which i have registered several months ago and the whole process was fast.. after i change to the tshirt.. i went up straight away to shave my hair.. took some pictures and left.. the whole thing took less than 20mins..

Pallada Departure!
so i rushed down to vivo to say my last goodbye to pallada.. and to meet up for the last time with my fellow russian friends.. the two bad boys who only know how to drink and talk jiggy jiggy with me.. but was nice at times.. ((;'

and it was tea time at 3plus and we joined them for the very last time.. with some sweet soup and nice bread! i don't think i will have the chance again to sit down there and eat the not-so-nice russian food.. and yashin was also telling me spore food is nice.. unlike pallada..

and there they are.. keeping the gangway which connects pallada to singapore land.. the metal steps i had also walked up and down for the past few days..
and bidding last goodbye to us! and from us.. to them..
and it was indeed a magnificent sight to see all the cadets climbing up the mast in just 2 mins or so.. and all to their respective position to bid goodbye to this beautiful lion city!
and cast away to continue their journey around the world..
and the memories will be kept unforgotten..

and in the night.. went to attend some wedding dinner and orchard parade hotel.. and drank quite a bit of beer.. and the vege food was not bad!

going back to Keppel Bay tomorrow for work! after busying with all these pallada thingy..
this few days has been busy with STS Pallada and had been trying to be a good host for the russians.. and yesterday.. brought them around SP to see how our school looks like and to play some sports like basketball.. soccer and volleyball.. and i feel like part of their crew although its less than a week on board with them.. we feel like part of Pallada.. going to the ship like our 2nd home and going to the cabins to look for people and everyone crew/cadets we see.. a warm hello and smile from them will greet us.. and a firm handshake and a "how are you"
today went pallada again as usual.. and this time round.. i had another chance to climb up the mast.. and this time.. all the way to the royal topmast and to the yard (if you understand what i am saying).. and the view is different.. its the view of vivo city and the place in harbourfront which is no doubt.. nice and an eye-opener.. even if you sit on the sky tower in sentosa.. no way can u see such beautiful scene.. and of cos.. some snap shots on the top..
this is how tall from the top of the ship and certainly an eye-opener up there.. and of course.. attracts quite a lot of attention.. and people wants to do it like us.. but too bad.. we are part of them and we can do that.. (((;'
STS Pallada will be leaving tmr for Shanghai in the evening and will definetly be there to send them off..
